Two amusement parks owned by feuding families compete for dominance. One is a first-class bourgeois destination full of top attractions, while the other boasts cheap beer, strippers and outdated rides. Each family is determined to destroy the other, but their plans are foiled when their heirs, Ninni and John, fall in love. Against the backdrop of World War II, the conflict between families escalates into a story of betrayal, struggle and forbidden love. A magical romance inspired by real events directed by Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein (co-dir. Underworld: Awakening; co-writ. The Bridge).

Måns Mårlind, Björn Stein
Swedish directors and screenwriters. They met while studying film at Stockholm University and have been collaborating continuously ever since. They worked together on scripts for a number of TV series, including the famous Swedish series The Bridge (2011–2013) and its American adaptation (2013–2014). Among others, they co-directed the films Shelter (2010) and Underworld: Awakening (2012).
