Ticket sale starts on 10 October at kupiulaznicu.zff.hr. During pre-sale, 10 – 22 October, all ticket prices are reduced by HRK 5.

The number of tickets for internet sale is limited. Ticket reservation is not possible.

Main Program – Feature Films
HRK 30.00 / €3.98 for evening screenings at cinemas Tuškanac and SC.
HRK 20.00 / €2.65 for morning screenings at Tuškanac Cinema.

HRK 30.00 / €3.98 for screenings at cinemas Kinoteka and MSU.
*VAT is included in the ticket price
20% discount: available for X-ica student card holders, pensioners, persons in wheelchairs and their escort for Main Program screenings at Tuškanac Cinema.
Main Program Marathon Ticket Package – 200,00 HRK / €26.54
Ticket packages are available only at Tuškanac Cinema box office starting 22nd Oct. and valid only for screenings at Tuškanac Cinema. The number of packages is limited.
NOTE: Tickets can be purchased at cinemas Tuškanac, Kinoteka and MSU for all screenings at all cinemas. The seats at cinemas SC, Tuškanac and Kinoteka are numbered. The seats at the MSU cinema are not numbered. In case you are late, we cannot guarantee seating will be available.
FREE PROGRAMS
Main program: international short films and Checkers (Cinema Kinoteka): ticket collection available on the day of the screening during box office opening hours. A portion of the tickets for the Checkers program will be distributed 30 min before the start of the screening. One person may claim a max. of 2 free tickets per screening.
LUX Prize (MSU): tickets may be collected from 24 Oct. during box office opening hours. One person may claim a max. of 2 free tickets per screening.
ZFF’s Best Documentaries (Dokukino KIC), KinoKino (Cinema Kinoteka): no ticket collection necessary, seating is free and available until full capacity.
Industry: entry to masterclass programs is free and no ticket collection is necessary. Seating is available until full capacity.
EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED TICKETS OR REFUNDS
Exchange is possible up to 24 h before the screening and for another film from the same program in the same cinema.
There are no refunds, only in case of screening cancellation or change of screening time. In that case, you can ask for a refund or exchange your ticket for another film from the same program in the same cinema.

**For films from the Network of Festivals in the Adriatic Region program, it is possible to purchase a package that includes an online ticket for all four films. The price of the package is 10.00 €.
Vimeo is charging single tickets for watching films. The price is in USD. The stated price is converted into HRK according to the exchange rate list at the time of purchase.
