Twelve-year-old Zoë and her father Paul (Johan Heldenbergh – The Broken Circle Breakdown) are best friends. When Paul abruptly quits his job and announces his plans for an acting career, Zoë is the only one who doesn’t think he is going crazy. Her brother and sister think he’s simply burned out and not in his right mind. While Zoë’s mother Veronique tries to convince Paul to come to his senses, Zoë wholeheartedly supports her father’s choice and decides to help him achieve his dream. Seemingly set to fail, Paul’s new life plan will take the whole family on a crazy, fun-filled and unforgettable journey.
