In a dystopian, not-so-distant future, a lonely apartment complex at the edge of the forest is one of the last refuges of a crumbling civilization. The criteria for admitting new tenants are rigorous, while security officer Anna, who lives at the complex with her 16-year-old daughter Iris, has to make sure everyone adheres to the strict rules. Yet, when a resident’s dog disappears, the others become convinced there is a murderer in their midst. The façade of perfect life collapses, as the residents sink into total madness and paranoia.
