The protagonist of this story, or the sufferer of the action, is a place of peace, purity and tranquillity: a five-century-old shrine on a lonely island. It is under attack by a strange, many-faced antagonist: speed, crowdedness, noise, superficiality and the vanity of our days, in the form of endless hordes of tourists. Will the ancient temple withstand the blows of modern times…!?

Vladimir Perović

Director, screenwriter and producer, born in 1955 in Cetinje. He graduated in Film and TV Directing from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. His work is predominantly focused on the documentary form. His films have screened at festivals around the world.
