Three friends spend their days by the dried-up canal near the beach. One afternoon, the youngest among them makes an unexpected move, tired of the way the others treat him and hoping they will finally let him participate in their games and rituals.

Saverio Cappiello

Born in Bitonto in 1992. In 2017 he made his first documentary, Jointly Sleeping in Our Own Beds. He followed it up with Mia sorella (2020), nominated for a David di Donatello Award. His short Celentano’s Seasickness (2021) won the award for best short documentary at the Venice Film Week.
